Hi all,

Just dragged the old girl out of hibernation and looks like a steering rack leak, I think from the rack ends, as the gaiters have quite a bit of fluid on them frown

Assuming it is the rack, can anyone recommend a replacement or refurb company?

I did a search on old threads and see mention of the Ford Scorpio rack, although others say this does not fit!

Any help appreciated smile

Hi Will... about time you dragged it out and started driving it again. I think you are correct that it is a Scorpio rack although im sure others can confirm... the Exige is fantastic btw so thank you for that !!

I did a total of 446 miles last year in it, ooops!
I was planning on taking it to Holland next week, the rack leak may have scuppered that... frown

Good to hear the Exige is going well smile

My Mate had is jensen Interceptor brakes refurbed by Kiley Clinton (http://www.steering-racks.co.uk/) I got chatting with them - turns out they did all the early M12 racks for Lee Noble - Did you know the early cars didnt even use NEW racks?

Anyway - Give them a shout, they said they could my 3R if and when it needs looking at.
