Hi firstly i know very little about mechanics and ive got to get some front pads for my 2.5 GTO 2002 Nob and im not to sure what type and size i have to order ..Bloody green stuff, Red stuff, Yellow stuff doing my head in!!! .. Its just for brisk road use and also my front calippers havnt got Noble printed on them they have AP Racing.. so would these be a differant aftermarket fitment or did all 2.5 cars have AP brakes?
Many thanx Mark

AFAIK AP Racing are standard callipers on our cars.
There are experts here who have more experience of different pads, but my research concluded;
EBC - not highly favoured here. (I used EBC green stuff on my Chimaera and found them great though. Red stuff for track use only)
Ferodo DS2500 - Recommended for fast road use - probably what you're after. Ballpark £130 for front axle.
Pagid RS29 - Recommended all rounder but great on track. Just fitted these myself. Ballpark £230 front axle.
Call Jetstream as they can supply either.
Be aware that the rear pads need modification to fit our cars, so are a little more expensive. You can't buy a standard size.
Interesting ebay listing from Plans Motorsport:
