Hi folks. I thought it only right and proper to say hello after gleaning so much information on this forum. I bought my car last October after reading a huge amount on here. It amazes me, and restores my faith in human nature, that so many people give so freely of their hard-earned time and knowledge. You are a credit to yourselves. To have a clique-free community for such a niche car is an achievement.

Anyway...... That's enough of me trying to ingratiate myself with the masses. I'll no doubt be along soon with a stupid question or ten (although I do know how to use the search function). Hope to see some of you this year.

PS my username is a slang term in my industry, and should in no way be seen as as a predictor of my behaviour on public forums.

Sincerely, thanks again

Dougie

Hi Davie. Yes track days are my intention. I live 10mins from Knockhill, so hoping to meet some fellow owners at some point. I've got lots of silly questions!

She has "all the mods" Joolski was a real pioneer enthusiast and I had a bit of getting done too.

Not the most powerful noble (not even the most powerful Noble I've owned) but beautifully mapped for drive ability

Hope you enjoy her as much as I did.

Cheers guys. I'm sure I will enjoy her, once she's running again. Starter motor being refurbished atm. Many thanks to her previous owners for throwing love and money at her.

Think I've worked out how to stop multiple posting as well. Happy daze.

Welcome along. I'm planning a trip to knockhill this Sunday if you are out and about and fancy a chat? Davie would be good to tie up with you also if you fancy it. Will also try and make it the week after because I think Grahams racing. Havent managed to make it up this year yet due to work commitments.

Cheers

Would have been up for a meet on Sunday but I'm away for a stag weekend!
Should be OK for the following weekend though?

Thanks mate, might just take you up on that. Don't think I'll have the Nob, but would be good to see another one. What time are you heading there?

Cheers, Dougie
