Bah Humbug! Whats a 600 mile round trip...would strongly suggest airfield day (only cones to hit) before venturing on to track (big nasty metal barriers)just do it before March and Noble Rockingham day!

Ooooh i'm tempted.

Picked up my M400 yesterday. Done a lot of BAT days there in the past in EVO, Westie and Grp N Escort Cossy. Good run off, and very safe, but very hard on tyres (especialy front left) and concerned about stone chips, not to mention Johny trying to blag a go in my new toy....

Know any airfields that aren't as harsh on tyres, as don't want to do circuit until I've got used to the car in a "safe" environment?

Silver six- Bring toy please! Did a mildly damp day there the other day, absolutely no tyre wear whatsoever, despite plenty of sideways fun, stonechips not so good tho'.

Bring it anyway!!
