Hi all
Picked up my Titanium M400 from the factory last Wednesday, and enyoyed a 600 mile blast back to Cape Town with my wife, via the Garden Route and a detour or 2 to find some mountain passes.
What a Machine!
To those might have travelled it - the Outeniqua pass between George and Oudtshoorn was just sublime

Two questions - I noticed the oil pressure dropping to 20psi during idle once warm. Is this a product of the runnng in oil?
And - local owners - are you using leaded as recommended by Neville (We dont have cats here)? Its a right pita to fill with the unleaded restrictor.

200 miles to go and the running in is done. Can't wait to use the rest of the revs....

Regards
Ian

On my 3L I've seen pressure drop down to 15psi when idling with oil at around 116 degrees, Paul C had the same and Lee Noble seemed to think it was OK.

Congratulations on the new car

Hi Ian

Oil pressure same as mine and another I have been in despite what it says in the manual.Interesting about using leaded as I am tempted to go this route just to get nice grey pipes instead of sooty black.
