Can any of you kind souls (and soon to be fellow Noble owners) please help me to locate the links to download and watch the Noble M12 on top gear on 27th Oct 2002, and the one of Tiff driving it on 5th gear.

I missed both episodes and have trawled the web for the last 2 hours trying to find them on a site that actually works.

I am sure "Saint Joust of Nobleness" must have them in his possession???!!!

Please help. Greg

You will need a bittorrent program, but once you have that go to

http://gear.viper007bond.com/

ABC is a good client
http://pingpong-abc.sourceforge.net/

Of course, I didn't tell you how to download copyrighted material, did I?

Are you related per chance????

Oh - you could also put

"noble m12 top gear mpg" into Google and look for the one with windcloud in the domain name

No relation to Lee unfortunatly. Just a nice coincidence that I share my name with the greatest car maker ever!!

Thanks for the links, I will have to do some study as I have no idea what your on about the bittorrent thing.

I found them at www.racingflix.com/vidsearchresults.asp actually but they wont play in media player and wont let me "save as target" when I right click on the downloads. I wish I had studied a bit harder in IT class now.

Hope to meet you one day at a meet or track day, seems your a bit of a ledgend on the Noble forum!!

For racingflix you need to register and pay to download them. Once you have, make sure you had downloaded Windows Media Player 9 or 10 (latest version at www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/default.asp)

Bittorrent is just a "peer to peer" program where you can download stuff from other people's websites.

Just download ABC at
http://pingpong-abc.sourceforge.net/download.php
(the ABC-win32-v2.6.9.exe file at the top), run it and install it. Then run it up, go to Action... Preferences, click on the "misc" tab, and then select a location to download the files.

You then go to viper007bond, click on downloads on the top menu, click on the date you want, click on the "Click here to go download this episode via BitTorrent" on the next page, click "Agree", and then click on "click here to continue."

Then sit back and wait for it to come off other people's hard drives onto yours. It is good manners, once it is downloaded, to leave ABC running for another 12-24 hours so that other users can then get bits of your copy along with everyone else.

Hope that makes sense (I work at an Internet/Telecoms company, so it's easy for me )

As for being a bit of a legend, well.... emmm.............. I'll leave that up to others to say!

Justin,
I got the ABC program and have no idea what to do with it.

All the TV clips I want to see are on the racingfix website but they don't play once downloaded.

How do I get to download a clip on to my PC rather than just to view it. So I can keep it on my pc.

Am I being blond??
