forget speed humps and mounting ramps on a ferry to the south of france I just thought you'd all like to know that if you come around a blind bend on a country road and find a dead fox in your path...the M12 cleared it!
phew.
Had the same thing on Thursday. Must have been a bigger fox as I had to wash bits off the roof and the grill was full of mince.

Dead ones tend to lie down. Wouldn't fancy my splitter being in one piece after hitting a live one.
The splitter would be fine. You'd probably end up with the fox stuck in a half punched out grill, or it going up and over.
I have recently found out that its the country roads that you have to watchout for.....
Trying to find my way to a friends house the other night, there I was, happily driving along the narrow road, only to go round a 90 degree bend at which point the road turned in to a dirt track.....
Unfortunately, the splitter didn't make it......

ouch....I also had an event after a slow 90 degree bend...thankfully in the alfa....as I slowly pulled away from the bend I saw what I thought was an excitable dog jumping at the passenger window. I accelerated away fearing it would get under the wheels.....it did....somewhat concerned I might have killed someones pet I turned round to take a look, but on inspection it turned out to be one of those aggressive badger types that takes issue with anything in its path....given the size of the claws (longer than my fingers) I was very grateful I hadn't come across it outside of the protection of my car.
