TVR Centre takes Noble franchise
Noble London goes officially live today
Long-established TVR dealer Giles Cooper will become an official Noble agent from today. The new franchise will operate from the same site as his long-established TVR Centre, the largest dealership of its kind in the UK.
Based in Barnet, Noble London will look after the marque’s sales north of the Thames in Greater London, as well as serving customers in the Herts, Beds, Bucks and Northants areas.
Giles Cooper started selling British sports cars 30 years ago, specialising in Lotus, but soon branched out into TVR sales, a brand with which he has been synonymous since the early Eighties.
“The press Noble had received was just too good to ignore,” said Giles, “And as soon as I drove an M12 GTO-3R, I was totally smitten: it was a drivers’ car through and through. I knew then that there had to be a strong case for selling them.”
On the run-up to Noble London’s launch, Giles’ technicians spent time at Noble Automotive’s Leicestershire factory receiving full workshop training, ensuring that the service they provide will be second to none.

Good move.Good luck.
I thought the last dealer to take on a Noble partnerships got their TVR dealership revoked!!!!... I know Castle have Lotus, but TVR did not see that as a threat, but to have Noble and TVR, now, this could be a threat to the TVR sales...
Giles is a nice bloke, and I'm sure a very shrude businessman, so I guess he must know what he is doing...
I wonder is the TVR Centre, will not be selling TVR's very soon???

Remember that there was someone else in charge back then. Russian boy wanted to sell Nobles and TVRs in the same dealership...
... Presumably next to the motorbikes and spaceships he's planning!

It could also be that TVR don't sell enough cars to keep the dealers busy.Dream machimes now sell Lotus as well

I wouldn't like to say what Giles said to me about Nobles when he was trying to get me to buy a 350C rather than the current M12! Maybe he hadn't driven one at that time.
Now - to more important things - The boys at Vegantune are about 1/2 mile from the TVR centre, they must be pissed off - I'm surprised Lee would do such a thing to them.
Perhaps I'll do a spot inspection on both places to see who has the smartest operation, anyone want to join me?

I plan to stick with vegantune as they've done well by me so far, and did nice work for the cars previous owner too.
Agree its not ideal for them
I guess the fact that they don't have a sales side might have caused this. DanH said:

As I know it is a SPORTMOBIL company in Moscow - they have Mitsubishi Evo, TVR and Noble dealer agreements, but no Russian type approval for TVR yet.

Having said that they haven't responded to my emails on any of their addresses sent last week =/
Vegantune just called me within 20 mins of posting this. Talk about quality of service! Another good reason to stick with them
Problems with changing email provider, and to be honest I wasn't at all concerned since it wasn't an urgent enquiry of any form, just a general about the cost of upgrading to the new gear linkage so I could decide whether it was worth it.
Anyway top marks, that has to be a record!

We used to have a TVR dealer near Edinburgh, I never saw a new car in the place, they just had a bit more interesting second hand stock than most (EVO's, Cosworths, and so on, and a couple of TVR's)
