Factory Closed today?

Cannot raise factory on telephone at all today. Only answer machine. Could they be on holiday - anyone know?

Maybe - my service agents, John Clask Dundee, say factory being difficult over supplying warranty replacement parts and asked me to intervene - been trying all day on and off to get through.

That sounds like a very undesirable state of affairs... Although I don't expect Noble are any more "difficult" than any other manufacturer when it comes to warranty parts, it's a bit rough when the service agent asks the end customer to fight the battle!
