70 NOBLES GATHER FOR ROCKINGHAM TRACK DAY
More than 10 per cent of all Nobles produced to date took Rockingham’s International Circuit by storm yesterday for the Second National Noble Owners’ Day.
The huge turn out illustrated the rapid increase in awareness of, and enthusiasm for the Noble brand in general, with owners travelling from as far as Southern Spain to join in the activities.
Nobles of all descriptions, from the earliest M10 to the latest M400 model, pounded Rockingham’s infield and oval circuits, with many cars happily touching over 135mph across the start/finish line.
Lee Noble, Noble Automotive’s MD (pictured with Nobles on Rockingham’s oval) said: “It was a groundbreaking moment to see so many of the cars we’ve produced in one place at the same time. I’m genuinely flattered by our owners’ devotion to the brand.”
As well as existing Noble owners, drivers of other marques were also invited to drive demonstrator M400s around the track, which resulted in fresh orders being placed. As one driver of a rival marque commented: “The Noble M400 is Track Day King. I’ve never driven anything so quick!”
Due to the success of the day, Rockingham is to host a second Noble event this year on October 28th.
