Help please chaps.

Replaced the noddy horn with the Nautilus ages ago. Anyway just noticed it's not working so went straight to the fuse box. Blown fuse. Replaced blown 20 amp with new fuse and tried the horn.....immediately blew the new fuse so something definitely not right.

I've checked the horn connections and made sure the grounding wire was attached etc' but my limited technical knowledge has now run dry.

Any idea's chaps ?

Cheers,

Simon.

Try this

Disconnect the horn. Make sure the leads aren't touching anything, replace fuse, press horn.

If it blows then it'll be a wiring problem - get it looked at professionally.

Otherwise it could just be the Nautilus has a fault. The only way to know that is to put another horn (you did keep the old one didn't you??!) and try that.

If you want to pop around tomorrow I've a spare original and a new Nautilus that you could try out. Email me for address.

Ah .......Joust tech support to the rescue.

Yep dug the old one out from the bottom of the garage and it's working, so looks like it's the Nautilus that's blowing the fuse.

Thanks for your help as usual
