Now its been 1 year since I last insured my NOBLE and my premium has gone up for no reason!

I with AXA Insurance from FOOTMAN JAMES recommended by AUTO TORQUE broker. :read:

Has anyone got a contact for an insurance company able to quote a NOBLE M12 GTO 3R 2004 with limited mileage per year policy? I need a few quotes before I submit my renewal this Saturday to have a piece of mind that I'm not paying through the nose for it! :banghead:

I just got a very reasonable quote for a GT3/GT2 including trackday cover (although you have to pay 150 quid a time on top of the policy) from Bickley insurance. I'm not sure if they cover Nobles though. If you want to ask them I can give you the number and the chaps name. It was low 2000s for a 65k car parked in London with the postcode from hell. Whilst a lot, it seems reasonable for a 29 year old wanting a car of that performance.

My renewal with Tesco is up £200 too.

I've went with Directline, £939. £500 excess, 9 years no claims, fully protected, usual legal protection, hire car, etc.

This always seems to happen to me, so I inevitably renew with a different company. I think insurance companies rely on customer inertia.

Sounds like a postcode issue I live in one of the best postcodes (for non theft) in the country apparently. I'm almost 32.

i dont know what they are like with nobles but try CIS... they are very competive with everything i try... i am only 18 but have had quotes for £1300 on a escort cosworth.

the cheapest when i tried for all my hot hatches, but it may be that they have good young driver premiums.

Can I issue the usual reminder for those fortunate enough to have more than one vehicle...

Ask the insurer/broker whether they'll mirror/match your earned NCB from your first/primary vehicle otherwise it'll be £000s!

Priviledge for me too after Tesco bumped the premium up £200. Ended up with £660 for a 2.5L for business use and unlimited mileage

I did the insurance for both my cars (A4 and GTO3) for £1000 with Adrian Flux XS=£750 for GTO3 and £250 for the A4, limited mileage on the Noble but full no claims and wife on both, no track day insurance though, but I normally buy those separately for the day anyway (depending if I know the track or not!).

I thought that was a good deal.

My renewal notice dropped on the mat this morning. MSM (01279870535) want £789 or £873 with protected no claims.

I'm 34 and they WILL mirror your no claims from another car even if it is not insured with them.

Rob.

Thanks for all your help and views, my present insurer has come back with a drop of £200 now in order to keep me as a customer. I found alot of insurance companies weren't that different with quotes only differing £30-130 quid here and there but alot of them did require a TRACKER (£250-£500 plus!!) which with my present policy this is not needed as the AUTOWATCH factory Noble security fitment is acceptable for my policy.

I have another car and thats not due for renewal til October, but I will make enquiries to mirroring the no claims from the Noble policy in order to reduce the cost hopefully.

Confused just rung norton, and they said they don't cover nobles. Can you give me any details of who you spoke to ?
Thanks Rob.
