Picked my car up today and would just like to say how invaluable this forum has been to me over the last year since I first started thinking of an M12.I'll give you a few examples of the things I found in searches previously to buying the car.
The most invaluable one....the method of taking speed-bumps/ramps etc at 45 degrees.IT WORKS!!! I've been so nervous this week wondering if it would go up the ramp to our house, over the speed bumps on our factory site and over the ones at the holiday park where mum and dad live, negotiated them all.:bounce:
Air-con a must have...isn't it just!
The wobbly brake pedal...sorted before delivery.
Air- con sometimes causing car to stall.. checked before delivery.
Taking it easy and learning about the car first...took your advice!
Putting my mind at rest about buying with the quotes of" this isn't a rehearsal"
And loads loads more of great info when doing my home work on the cars before buying.
I know I've also seen threads about different steering wheels ( standard one far too thin for me) uprated bulbs for the headlights, clear side indicators and the classic position of the filters and I'm gonna look them up tomorrow when I'm less tired!
The car has run spot on all day,( apart from a slight brake grind on my first harder stop, which at this stage I'm assumimg is probably lack of use)including being stuck at a stand-still on the M25 for 30mins.
Extremely impressed with www.noblelondon.co.uk :clap:and extremely impressed with the car.
