Front lights upgrade

is there a company out there who upgrades the older style front headlamps to the newer G3R type?
If so what is the approx cost.

I'd be interested in an upgrade too, but only if they have a better way of sealing the 3R-type units.

I know a couple of people are looking into this. Also might be worth contacting someone like the tvr centre in Nailsea who do the tvr light conversions and see if they would be interested in doing a "kit".I am sure there would be a few people interested.
