Enjoy! I've had my FPIC on the car for some time now and makes a massive difference both on track and on the road.

Still not had the time to put the BOV on yet.

Thanks, I thought the pipe was coming out of the base of the intercooler!

Justin,

Can you give me some more info on how the intecooler has improved performance on your M400.

Also price, fitting, any mods needed etc.

Cheers,
Ian.

It means you never "loose" any power due to increased charge temp.

If you've ever driven your car in hot weather in traffic you'll know that after 10-20 minutes the car feels noticably slower.

Also, on track, after 3 or four hot laps the power starts to drop off. The ECU does this because as inlet temp rises it retards the ECU to ensure that the engine is protected.

It's an easy fit, takes about 2 hours being methodical, and excellent instructions are provided.

Joust what is the factory's view on such a modification during the warranty period? Does it void it period, or do they consider each case seperately?

If you have any concerns about doing things to a car in warranty, you should speak to your supplying dealer and/or the factory.

As Justin says have a chat with the Factory etc. Technically it voids the warranty but Noble seem very pragmatic in these matters. It doesn't really increase performance (only maintains it) so I'd say they'd take an easy line on it.

Indeed you could argue it is "correcting" a minor problem with the standard car.
