Looking for suggestions for keeping the AP discs and changing the pads on my 3R.
For track use has anyone tried the Pagid 'grey' pads?
What are the pad alternatives for road use?

Thanks
Keith

Ferodo DS2500 as supplied by the factory as a track day pad?

Washy is using something a bit more agressive though I think.

Pagid Yellow (RS29 or RS19) are used by all the Porker GT3 and CSL lot but the Noble might be too light to get them warm?

RS29 or RS19 are not available for the CP6600 caliper - we've already approached Pagid with an interest to offering them.

We're talking to EBC and Pagid at the moment to see what they can do for us/you. EBC seem keen with a new friction material but obviously it needs extensive testing before I release any more information on it.

Best Regards

DS2500 is fine for even my heavy handed track use but still retains excellent on-road manners. To boot, you can buy from AP or the factory/dealers.

If you want "serious stuff" then Paul C will tell you what he runs on his race car.

Anyone tried Mintex F2 of F4's? they are very agressive on disks, but worked VERY well in the EVO, and Grp N escort cossie. alan at Questmead in Rochdale is very helpfull when it comes to all things brakes.

Yep ran F2R the other day. Lovely! Ran F4's and F2's on the TVR. Much less trouble with judder owing to the lubrication package.

I wouldn't say they were aggressive on disks. I had more trouble with Ferodo requiring disk refinishing to cure judder all the time.
