Just spoken to the factory about a brake problem on my car. It is 6 months out of warranty and Lee has agreed to replace the parts at his expense (over £1000).
No quibble, no argument. GREAT SERVICE!

Good for you Keith. This didn't happen for me when my car was two weeks out of warranty for some very inexpensive repairs to leather and manifold.

Nor to me for problems post-warranty - never found this sort of factory support for solving faults!

They replaced my hub carrier after 14 months when that broke! Kerridges sis it free and the factory picked up the tab I believe!

Brilliant service.

I thought that's what the previous two posters were doing...or did I missunderstand something?

I've always found the factory very fair when it came to in and out of warranty issues, and have upheld IMHO the spirit as well as the obligations under the Sales of Goods Act.

Clearly if people think that they haven't had fair treatment as is given to them by the SoGA then they have the normal remedies available to them. I think Noble should be applauded for their attitude to such things, particularly when you compare them to some other specalist and major manufacturers....

Nor me, I have had to pay for them myself after noble failed to fix the faults. Give them their due tho, they did try, although gave up when the faults came back ...

Not very noble if you ask me ...
