I had a question, even htough this site is for noble's i was wondering woudl any of the nobles be good for a weekend racing career? mayeb the m12 or m 400? ive seen many videos ont hem and iv heard of sub 3.5 0-60mph and 0-100kmh woudl it be too quick for me i own a twin turbo charged dodge stealth its got a coupel things on it and it is extrmeely quick would a ferrari 355 berlinetta f1 be a better car they seem to be cheaper when im searching for them and its a ferrari? littl e help form any one who knows anythign abotu anything

Lets not get this out of proportion, the "competition" was in effect a Lotus Elise. Hardly a compliment to my skills. Anyone in my car would have won.
But it gets to the answer the blokes asking. Yes the Noble is a fantastic "weekend racer". For the Oulton Park race I even contemplated driving my car to the circuit. My car has a current M.O.T and tax disc and is insured for the road. There is a Ferrari cup 355 in the motorsports class and in the dry at Brands I was seconds a lap faster. In the wet at Oulton I was 1 or 2 seconds a lap slower but it was my first time at Oulton Park, my first race in the wet, my first race on wets and I'd crashed there the day before so I was in timid mode. I know I could have driven faster.
So it may be a Ferrari but it ain't as fast.
To be fair though if you are serious you ought to at laest have a look at the Lotus track car. I'd still have the Noble. There are several "road legal" racers you could buy but these are all racers made legal. In my opinion there is only one car you can race at the weekend and drive to work in on monday.
