Stolen Number Plate

A couple of days before the last Northants run someone stole my front number plate from the car in my drive, I got another one and put it on. Reported it to the police not expecting to hear any more as it is not then sort of thing I thought would be easy to solve. I got a phone call this morning (one up for the good guys) they have got the person who stole my plate, he and some others had stolen a few from the village I live in. The person is not local and told the police he stole it because he liked the number. I did not post that my plate had been stolen but thought this was worth posting as it is not often the good guys come out on top. WELL DONE BIB.

Watch out for fines and congestion charges to drop through the door.

As long as you have a crime number you will be ok.

Thanks for the warning, I have a crime number, I think from what the police said he just liked the number on the plate.
