Rear Spoiler

My carbon rear spoiler is very dull and I can see in places white specles showing in between the weave.

I think it needs a new laquer or gel coat. Any idea where to get this done?

Worst case where could I get a new carbon center part (i.e without end or bracket parts)?

Crazy although it sounds, get some 3in1 oil and rub it in. It can transform carbon.
