3R seat adjustments

I am thinking I can tilt my drivers seat more upright by removing it with the 4 bolts under the car. Is this possible on a 3R? I would like to be closer to the s/wheel but have long legs.
Greg - being a short-arsed individual I had the seats on my previous car (3R) tilted slightly backwards (by inserting shims under the forward screws) as well as having the runners moved forwards. I can't see why the opposite effect (ie tilting seat forwards) can't be achieved by inserting shims (and longer bolts) into the rear attachments.
I thought I read somewhere that the seats had 3 settings and they were std in the middle one. Maybe I am getting mixed with M400 seats.
I get a stiff back in the 3R seat and even though I have had a pump up lumbar fitted I still prefer a more upright position, especially for the track.
Might call the factory then, or just take the seat out and have a look.
Thx all.

Right, then I think I want a headrest set then.
Might see if I can get one of my furniture companies to knock me some up.

I had the factory ones that I gave away when I sold my car. They were awful. Way too thick forcing your neck forward.
Forgot to thank everyone here who said they were fine. bastards!
Stangely,I'm a long legger as well, but I've had my 3R seat tilted back slightly to give me a bit of under thigh support. I'm now a bit far from the wheel but I believe Momo due an extended boss so I'm going to order one. Had a Momo millenium "sport" steering whell fitted and it lokks great, compliments my interior perfectly.
I think the h/rests should be sole with the car as std. The seats would never pass a safety test as you can tilt your head back so far that its like having the headrest removed in any normal car.
Not very safe for necks in a rear shunt etc.
I really want the rests from this POV more than the comfort one. Especially for the passenger. I wish they were a bit prettier and not so wide.

The normal (i.e. non M400) seats are all wrong to me. The rake of the seat is too severe in my opinion giving no support to the upper back and no restraint for the head if you were hit fom behind. I've heard it mentioned that they were designed to allow more room for a crash helmet for track days - man thats an effing huge crash helmet people must be wearing !!!!
