Removal Of Rear Lights

Hi Guys,

Anyone got a good way of removing the rear lights as I have connection issues. All the threads are coated in sealant?

You need to cut round the seals with a modeling knife to gain access to the light units, its a real pain in the butt, but then its lucky the rest of the car is so damn good.

I thought most of the connections are outside the sealed bit though. I would check fuses and check the wires going into the units from their external connector with a multimeter before cutting them open if I were you.

Did the light tonight, all were Corroded so I had to clean them up. I put some desecant in with the lights and sealed it up.

Lets hope it lasts.
