It is understood to be ball joints (Arthritis?) and it failed the MOT for that reason.
Do you know if its upper or lower? Sure I have a couple of lowers kicking about somewhere.

Top front and rear 3R ball joints are from are bottom ball joints of a Peugeot 605 made 1989 onwards.
Part numbers here: www.optimal.hg.pl/download/peugeot.pdf
Bottom front 3R ball joints are from Mk1 Vauxhall Cavalier.

I've just realised, if your car is in for an MOT then I guess it will be an early 2.5 or 3ltr M12?
That being the case you will need Rover 100 ball joints for the top front and rear top/bottom on your car.
Andrew.
It is three years old on 1 Jan. Probably may as well await the factory's return as I have had to leave the car at the garage anyway.

Factory re-opens on Tuesday 3rd January at 9.00am. We will certainly be able to send the part out to Kerridges to arrive by Wednesday. Please call Bill Dixon in parts (01455 844 052) and he'll sort you out.
Happy New Year!
