Mine goes in next week for the upgrade, -6 speed, lsd, m400 linkage.
Mine is being done by Matt at FP performance, suggest you speak to him ( Lot cheaper than from noble)
Regards cost, labour for the above is around the 30 hour mark. then linkage, box, diff, possibly clutch slave cylinder, and new clutch..... so not cheap.

Whatever it costs it makes it a whole different car to drive. The M400 gearchange is like a rifle bolt. Highly recomended.

Wasn't there someone else on here developing their own linkage upgrade - what happened about that?

n8bby,

Before you're persuaded to discount the factory from doing this work, can you at least e-mail me/call me to see if we can help you?

Yes I do. I have had this work done on my car, and if you want it done too PLEASE email me before you do anything.

Really, I'm not being dramatic, I got really bitten badly and I would not want the same happening to anybody else.

Agree with Jools. There is far, far more to this conversion than simply removing the engine, changing the box/diff and changing some cables - especially if the car is a 2.5-litre. Many items have to be fabricated by us especially for the conversion and there are a few important component changes required, over and above the 'box/diff'. We do base our price on more than the 30hrs mentioned elsewhere in this thread, but it's for a very good reason.
