It's that time of year. A mate just sold his house after a year on the market (taking the p155 with the price)

Not sure how close to the asking price folk are getting but advertised prices seem pretty strong.

Are we likely to see more cars for sale now that the M15 is imminent? i.e. people upgrading

I'm still looking for a 3R BTW if anyone here is thinking of selling.

M15's won't start to actually be delivered for a long while yet I wouldn't think?

I wonder how many M12/400 owners are having one and will be parting with their 12's?

Interesting point. I for one will not be parting company with mine. It'll most likey be made more 'track' than 'road' though ..... :-)

Still not decided if the M400 is going when the M15 turns up.

Very high. I've been talking to a race car preparation company regarding my M12. I doubt I'll do more than a few races in it, as it's not a very economical car to race.

I've been looking at running an aeon with JNMS super duper straight 4 engine.

I'm poorer than Jools - I'll be selling the M12 GTO3 to pay for the M15 as soon as prices start to rise from the Halo effect.

Jools have you considered a rental deal instead? Likely to work out much more cost effective than putting the money into conversion work on your M12 which will make it difficult to sell in the future. Also has the advantage of set costs for budgeting purposes.

Renting's become very popular in rallying - I'd imagine its something the 'big roundabout' ....sorry 'circuit' boys do too !

Just a thought.
