Well, it is done.

Trevor, just a note, I think you have given me the wrong car. Maybe you swapped clams with another M400 of the same colour, mileage and, surprisingly, who ever owns this one has the same taste in music. Exactly the same CDs as me!

This one is far quicker, revs all the way over 7k with no let up , it pulls like a train.
I have never driven anything as quick! Power delivery is a real punch, yet somehow delivered smoothly all the way to the rev limit. I know, sounds odd, but this is the best way I can explain it.

The sound is awesome. A totally different character, after 4k, just hang on and listen to the noise. Travelled back up the A1, through the tunnel before Stevenage, window down, 3rd gear and foot full down. WOW.

A side benefit, I may be imagining this but she seems to run cooler. May be the ceramic coating?

Trevor and team, what a fantastic job!

I now have a new car that I will enjoy learning to drive all over again. Completely different.

See you all on track, and I will wave as I pass you

Ash, i've had mine fitted for about three weeks now and it really is a great system and as you say very noticable difference.
Are you running with or without cats ?

I'd leave cats in or out discussions to closed conversations rather than public forums guys!

Did anyone manage to get a sound measurement done? If so what's the outcome?

edited to say

I've now seen that the noise measurement has been taken with details on a earlier thread. Ta!

Picked my freshly Roush exhausted M400 up last night too.

*!$£ me!!! The car is now seriously fast. Proper "sit up and pay attention or else" fast! The first couple of goes in third gear were met with serious protest from the Corsa's even after 45 minutes at motorway speed. I'm at Silverstone GP next week. That'll give me a proper opportunity to gauge the performance.

Thanks to Trevor and the team for their work. Over the last week they have transformed the beast. Thanks also for diagnosing the cause of my long term braking problems and thanks to the factory for responding to my urgent request to correct it.

I'm off to sit in the corner and jibber for a bit. Still suffering from post automotive lunacy disorder!

Dear All,
I'm a little bemused here. Trevors own dyno results show a very modest power increase on the M400 series cars. You guys are posting as if it transforms the cars performance which quite frankly you wouldn't expect on the numbers alone, in fact on the numbers alone I'd suspect most drivers would not be able to tell the difference. Either your cars were seriously underperforming beforehand or its not only the exhaust he's doing or is there a re-map as well? Come on spill the beans.
Regards
Paul C
