Go on photobucket and register, it only takes 5 minutes and is incredibly easy to use. You can then upload any images you like, it will prob come in handy in the future as well!!

Machine polish to get the bad bits off
Some sort of cleaner to remove the old wax
Clay to remove oxidants and swirl marks
Pre wax
Vintage glaze
lots of elbow grease

Its really impressive as the paint looked really dull before.There are so many trees around that in no time at all its covered in all sorts of crap. hopefully this stuff will keep it in better shape for longer

Joust, have you ever used any of these cleaner fluids? Did it remove swirl marks and if so which one did you use e.g normal, medium or strong?

Yes - the cleaners are very good.

Depending on how deep the swirl marks are you use the different types. All but 'strong' don't seem to take anything off the paint.
