more bulbs

Anyone know the bulb size for the one behind the gren indicator light on the central console and how the hell to get at it.

Basket of a job, Assuming the bulb has blown means removing the Aluminum panel and all because the bulb holders are glued in !

Funnily enough, I have had a piece of blue tac stuck over most of the high beam one to stop it being so bright.

I pulled it off the other day and the little circle came with it quite easily. I popped it back in and alls now fine, but I guess I could have gotten out the bulb that way.

Worth a shot.

I think it must be the bulb as the indicators work , lots of clicking but no light inside.

How does the ally panel come off ?

Paul,
Remove the panel holding the stereo then lie in the passengers footwell and feel up inside behind the alu panel for approx 7/8 small nuts, you need to undo these then pull the alu panel forward and remove two more nuts which hold the heater/fan controls. You can then access the bulbs, refitting is even less fun.
Suggest you use a flexi shaft drive and allow up to 4 hours,

Ah, that explains a lot. I've been wondering why there is a red plastic cap stuck over the high beam indicator since I bought the car. I haven't tried removing it yet, but at least I now know why it is there.
