Good question mate, I gave up trying to get help about my BOV spring and filter issue and eventually went straight to Forge whom sent out a replacement spring, chims and a new filter free of charge. It all arrived in the post the next day no questions asked.
I still fancy the FP Intercooler which I have tried to enquire about but again my emails are ignored.

I had the same BOV problem but no solution.
Was it easy to fit the new springs and did it work?
Thanks for the tip about Forge btw - just contacted them so hopefully they can help.

Yeah the springs and filter are easy to fit. Use an allen key and undo all screws. Undo the little bolts too and the entire thing will collapse. The main section of the BOV unscrews from the tubular section so that you can get access to change the filter. Worked a treat for me it now doesn't release as early as it did before.

I'm having a new Intercooler made at West tuning - so this could be another option I'll report back when I have had it fitted.
Noblemods are also now doing 2 IC's, for road and track:

I finally had a chance to fit the parts that Forge sent me and now the BOV is working perfectly.
Thanks to Pete at Forge who couldn't have been more helpful.
He mentioned he'd like to work with someone to develop their IC - it's not really my thing but if anyone else in interested, give them a bell.
