Something fishy is going on. I've written, e mailed and phoned many times, so I just spoke to my dealer who gave me the 'back door' number which also has no reply.

He hasn't been able to contact them either. (And he sells the blimmin' things!)

Don't suppose there's any other way of telling if a car has the baffled sump is there????

I FINALLY got through (by puting the phone on permanent re-dial) and spoke to a job's worth who said they are all on holiday or at the motor show, so I can't talk to anyone... and he doesn't know when they are coming back.

And people wonder why we have no British motor industry!

Have a look underneath - it's pretty obvious.

So Matt does still exist then - obviously can't get to his email whilst stuck in your engine Owen !

It'll have a hole if it was retro-fitted, I think.

Fairly certain mine doesn't have a hole, and the sump was done while the engine was out.

Best way to know what you've got is to take it to the factory, throw them the keys and say "Call me me when it's got everything!"

And another thing...I phoned the factory 3 times yesterday and got through every time within 3 rings. Mandy is on the ball...you must have a second class phone number! he he.

Nope, mines got a hole and it was done when it was built.

He's obviously not the only one with a second class number as I have emailed sales numerous times and been ignored, phoned numerous times, left messages and been ignored and eventually as my dealer was receiving the same treatment they contacted Lee direct in order to get any response

Don't they want to sell new cars? My initial deposit was payed in August last year with a stated 6-9 month wait. Apparently I won't see it this side of September now!

I don't like saying this on an open forum but if they won't respond to a personal call or mail what is left!! Come on Noble get a grip!

Waits to be flamed
Only frustration talking really, with all this superb Noble driving weather and me not working!!!!! I still love the car to bits and I'd be happy to wait as long as it takes if I knew accurately what was going on!!

My dealer still can't raise them... I reckon you have a 'special relationship' with Mandy

I've given up and also e mailed Lee.

Out of interest which dealer are you using? Could it be the same one? Moley and I are very frustrated!! We can always get Mandy but until Moley spoke to Lee we could get no further. Maybe they're weeding out us undesirables! No offence to you of course.

You do need to consider whether you should be dealing with a factory with that level of customer service. Became an ex-owner after several such episodes!

I just got an e mail from Stuart Jones... so thay are at least talking to me. I was beginning to think I might have upset them buying an Aston.

edited to add... Martin, I can already read your reply to this post, so you needn't bother

I am sure this is only a glitch. I appreciate they are very busy people but it is nice to keep in touch!

At the end of the day the end product is worth it and the day my shiny new M400 sits on my drive for the first time will be a special one indeed!!
