Not sure if it would have worked in this case, but sometimes when this happens you can use the browser's "back" button to go back to your previous screen where your msg should still exist in the input box. Then you can highlight the msg and save it to the clipboard (cntrl+c). Then close the browser and open it again and sign in to start over. You can then paste the saved msg (cntrl+v) into the new input box. Saving a lot of typing and frustration if it works .

If you are writing a bigun...do it in word first and then copy and paste it when you have finished..

go to bed early and "dream" about what you could have enjoyed Bedford if you had been there.

I've had this happen to me before. It only happens when you've typed more than you'd normally would.

If my post is long I keep copying the text every so often, just in case.

It does make you mad though. When I lost my post I couldn't for the life of me remember what I'd said. I was in the zone and then all of a sudden the page isn't available.

CTRL-A, CTRL-C just before you post. Solves the issue if it goes wrong as you then just click back, CTRL-V and post again.

1 second per post.
