Just had new rear discs fitted from Plans to match my front grooved ones. The new Ferrodo DS2500 pads were also to be fitted except they don't fit
I have a feeling there may have been a cock up when I had the new pads fitted to the front. Before taking the front pads out and seeing if they fit the back does anyone know what the width of the front and rear pads is. Thats not the thickess but the measurement of the face of the pad as it makes contact with the disc
Thanks in advance

I do not know the specific width difference but if you ordered a full set of DS2500's and specified that they were for a Noble the supplier should have told you that there was a difference between the fronts and rears and marked them up accordingly. So either you got all front pads, or as you say, they have put the rears in the fronts!

Front pad depth 54mm
Rears are the same pad but need to be cut to 46mm on the inner radius

All sorted
Fronts are 55mm rears are 46mm on my classic 2.5.
The muppet who replaced the front ones ( non noble dealer ( in fact my sisters garage so can't compalain too much )) put the rear pads on the front - hence rears don't fit cos they are the fronts if you see what I mean.
Thanks for all the help
