Pending Plans visit!

Hi fellas,
Getting my car serviced at Plans next week. I hope everything goes well as money is a bit tight after Christmas/New Year. I'm also going to get a quote from them for a small fibre glass repair on the nearside as I have heard they are v good?
Anyway does anyone else use them on here? Got to say so far I am very impressed with them in relation to customer relations on the phone!!
Their driving challenge as posted by Nickytwohats looks like a good idea at some point in the future.

I have used Plans for all my work over the last year and a bit, including new diff, service and bodywork repair.
They are very good and great guys, however I would say that when the racing season starts again getting you car done takes a little longer if it coinsides with a race as preping the race cars takes priority.

I think you'll find quite a few owners in the South East use Plans, especially as they are now an official Noble service centre.
My car goes there in later this month for a full service too. As Bondy says they can take their time once the racing season begins, my car waited in the paint shop for a few weeks despite only being a small job because some McLaren F1 race cars came in and had to be turned around first. There shouldn't be any delay at this time of year though.

Just dropped my motor off at Plans and am now sporting a 'funky' Smart Car in the garage.
Fingers crossed that there are no nasty suprises as its been running lovely. Especially on the spirited drive up there!!
All the guys there appear to be really friendly and helpful. Got to say there work shop was very tidy, not what could be said for my car when I dropped it off after the rain. Pants it was spotless when it rolled out of the garage.

Just got the car back from Plans.
I can uncross my fingers now as the bill was very reasonable as It only needed a new front near side ball joint!!
I know it is probably all in my head but the car feels better than ever. Just a shame I had to sit in so much traffic on the way home. Oh and the bloody mess the car is in from the rain and muddy lanes. Oh well gives me something to do at the weekend.
So in conclusion I think that the guys at Plans are great and I will defo be returning.
