Hi,

Was just scanning through an EVO mag and was trying to think what car i would have 'after' the Noble........and i cannot think of any that i would change her for. (That's within my price range of course) - I just have to say that i feel very luck to own one of the best drivers cars ever made and every time i drive her is still such an occation!

Maybe a used M15 once it has dropped within my reach!?!

Happy driving all.....

p.s. Don't get my wrong with this topic, i DON'T want to change her at all.....it was just a Hypothetical thought!

You could always get something like a performance pack Marcos TSO, with 462hp and 460 ft/lb its not wanting for power, the performace pack also give sports suspension, and it makes a better noise than the M12, depends how much you want to spend I suppose, a Ferrari F430 would be the natural choice.

To be fair, once you get to M12 performance, I don't suppose there's much out there that would be as fast, so you'll probably be looking for some 'other' qualitys in the car by then, you would probably like the GT2 Porsche aswell.

Thanks turboman! What does the TSO handle like? it just reminds me of a TVR when i look at it (which don't handle too well)!

Never driven a Porsche GT2 but will be thrashing one round a track next month so that will be a good indacation of what they are like.

F430.....a bit above my price range i think!!!

Not sure, I haven't been lucky enough to drive one yet, waiting for the demo to arrive, but lets be fair, any car can be set up differently if it doesn't suit, the GT2 is just awesome, feels like a real race car, but I fear I would die if I owned one, you just can't help going flat out in them.

I getting a GT3 in May.... sorry to see the Noble go but I fancied a change - sure the 0-60 time of the Noble is quicker than the GT3 but it'll be interesting on track...

clap

When are you getting your RS4 Obes?

I am thinking of having all of the following for a period in the next few years. Some maybe for only a few months for fun.

Ferrari 355 (always wanted one and now they are £35-40k I don't see why not!!)

Lambo Diablo. (same as above really - might be able to pull chicks in this one )

Westfield XTR2 / Radical SR3 Quite fancy a trackday special at some point.

Lambo Gallardo. My next car. As soon as they are sub £70k I'm getting one! (if I can afford it, which I couldn't right now. Can't wait. Won't track it though, so might get a clio 182 stripped out road legal racer or an S2 Elise 111s aswell for TD's.

I've had a run in the xtr2. It was mighty quick, and I almost bought one.
The SR3's are getting affordable now. Just check out the back of autosport mag, there are normally a few for sale there.

Obes..... that RS4..... just heaven. Having just sold the S3, I'm starting to think about the RS4..... (wallet screams and runs away)
