the Green car, although highly priced, seems a decent spec. maybe it looks better in the flesh? there is the blue Noble with Rousch exhaust which may be more what your after? Or the silver one up for 27.5k? No LSD tho, so maybe cause for concern? I personally dont know how many failures the std diff and 5spd has...
I am in the same boat as yourself, looks like i will have to part with about 30K+ for a 3 or 3R which admittedly is over my pre set budget.

Pm the details if your serious about selling Jason, a small guide on spec/condition/price guide/who services it etc would be nice. Supposed to be looking a 3R today localy, then hoping to look at another in Kent on Thurday. I doubt i could wait for you to hunt for weeks on end tho

Here's my wish list
Realy needs to be a 3R or 400 but not keen on the black wheels on the 400.
In silver, titanium, grey or blue and less than 3yrs old would be good.
Ideally it would have had the zorst upgraded.

Somthing like this then....

M400 with all the tacky (IMO) antracite bits replaced with colour keyed items.
Never been near a race track, of course.

Hardly Adam - there should be something like i've described in the 30m to 40 range I would have thought?

OK, Ok so apart from the door-handles (which are are standard, not M400 antracite add-ons...)

BTW had to get rid of the R5; swapped for Ix65 and am well pleased. Come to think of it, it has a colour swap option on the menu. Might try that to tidy up the door handles!)

Ahh, did they say if it was duff or not? I can't believe it would get such good reviews if it produced pics like you showed me. Must have been a duffer.

IX65 is nice option too. Good stuff.

Didn't have another one in the shop, so couldn't really tell. But certainly the shop manager clucked his tongue in disbelief at the general crapness of the image. I'm happy with pin sharp, fully saturated photos from the Ixi65 (Best ultra compact digi camera, 2006 as voted by Technical Image Press Assoc) even if the optical zooom (35-105 mm) isn't a patch on the R5 (28-200mm)in terms of range.
Another one to play with at Whilton Mills!

Only joking.... You should have alot of choice at that specified price. Nothing on Autotrader that takes your fancy?
