Anyone had this before

Hi All,

I have a strange problem (no seriously).

When I floor it there's a small lag (as per usual) then what feels like a hickup for maybe a quarter secong then the usual boost and grin.

I thought the hickup was a kinked bit of aeroquip hose so I had it replaced.

Hickup still there.

Any thoughts?

Had a similar problem which turned out to be a very simple fix.
Changed the spark plugs! One or more was breaking down under load.
