Funny how not driving the M400 for nearly 2 months can change your perceptions. Went for a run down to the local TVRCC meet last night and drove the M400 for the first time in nearly 2 months (holidays, buying other cars and god knows what else got in the way).

Not only did the car feel exceptionally quick (that must be from driving the X5 far too much lately), the whole feedback / involvement reasons that I love the Noble came flooding back. The precision, power and poise made me realise what a special bit of kit this car really is.

If you want a new fix I can recommend going cold turkey for quite a few weeks - you'll feel like a brand new owner all over again!

I also feel that well looked after cars will fetch premium prices in the future, as they become more sought after. They are an icon.

That's definitely true. I often drive my crapmobile to work and getting the Nob again after a couple of weeks away surprises me every time. The difference in the strength it takes just to press the clutch pedal is the one that always gets me. And like you say, the speed difference is crazy.

The first time I will have driver her in about 2 months will be to Crazy Horses for the Roush exhaust and hopefully she'll be coming back with over 400 ponies. Can't wait!

I'm confused Gregor - why not go to Rousch for their exhuast - why Crazy Horse?

After three months being tucked away in the garage for winter(!) back tomorrow fully serviced and MOT. It's going to be a late night!
