It is 1.1 bar peak momentarily and then dips to under 1 quite quickly and holds at 0.9 bar or so for the remainder of the rev range.
Mine has been doing this ever since the ECU was swapped for a new M400 MBE ECU from the factory a couple of months ago, following the underboosting issue I had (was peaking at 0.4 bar on old ECU). I was a little worried at first as I'd heard that peak should be 0.95 according to the M400 spec sheet. Hence I called the factory and had a long informative chat with one of the engineers...(I forget the name). He assured me that most of the M400s they have made peak at 1.1/1.2 bar and then drop quickly to below 1.
Hence, the above is normal
