on mine two of the aircon hoses are fed into the tunnel and the holes in the heater box blanked off, worked well. Still enough air going to the heater/aircon

Adrian, are they flanged to the front ali plate, or does it go all the down the tunnel, like owens seems to??

i'll have to decide how to do it this time (you've seen it more recently than me) but before the pipes were just pushed about 6 inches down the tunnel, its quite cosy so they wont go anyware. another idea i had was to make a duct with a venturi and take air from behind the bottom of the rad and duct it under the rack and into the tunnel, the temp at the bottom of the rad should be cool enough for this to work.

The holes are already there and some air must be getting in through them (in my elise the holes were there for down force), if the lip was only 5-10mm then I'm sure this wouldn't make that much of a difference at least not at track speeds.

I Did some datalogging with Trevor on putting gurni's under the car at the front of the wheel arch, we ended up with about 25mm but could not get any noticable effects at high speed, so we gave up. Trevor is a very brave man.

Any one know how it performs? My car ran very hot (fan on but never overheated) on the climbs on Megahoon and it would be good to get something sorted by this summer.
it will be better than the standard, i sent mine to pace and they said the quality of the original is very poor, mine is also 10 mm thicker with a better more efficient core. I had a few made up, adrian has got one for this high power monster. PM me if you want more info.

A small correction - Adrian has the Pro-Alloy one we designed, with data logging to prove it's mettle. Back-to-back on the rollers, we saw more boost on the Pro-Alloy cooler, and less heat-up on a power run than the previous incarnations.
