Hmmm, could the fabled, mythical MXX be ready to hatch I wonder. I tried to book the car into the factory for a service and was told they are not taking any service work right now!

Hope something exciting brewing

I spoke to a couple of the people at the factory late this week and apparently they have just done a factory stock take.
I would have thought this is only going to affect those who need parts. I suppose thats all of us !
Back to normal Monday.

No, I don't think so! I asked whther they had any free slots over the next few weeks and was told no, not taking any service work right now.

Glad I got the factory to service mine last week now!

I must say the new look at the factory is pretty special they have done a good job. The new courtesy car is also unique, certainly not your usual courtesy car!

Well they supplied parts for my car on Wednesday 28th.
So something doesn't ring true.

Details, details?

It took up 1.5 parking bays in the car park at work and I couldn't fit it on my drive or in my double garage because it was too long! Great fun to drive and fairly comfy.

Looked very similar to this (but not this one!)

So there really is a Bill working the spares at Noble! I thought it was a 'your check is in the post moment' when the garage told me they could fix my car 'cus' they had't got the parts from Bill who was ill!!!!

Yep -Bill took over Parts when Simon left. He used to work there as a mechanic - in fact he built my car! Top chap.

Tell me about it, My car has been off the road for 5 months now, waiting parts which i have chased myself, the last parts are the Light covers, which they cannot give me a delivery date for.

The parts guy at Noble is Bill Dixon and he seems arealy nice genuine bloke.

The bit i dont understand is that 1G are shipping 5 cars a month in the US, which implys that Noble (south Africa)only want to ship cars, not partsfurious

Adrian, is your car done then and going to make the rollers tomorrow morning?

There was talk of me having your slot if your car wasn't ready for T & R.

Think I'm going to go down on Thurday at 9am now.

Good luck with that Greg. I'll be hugely disappointed of you don't make it on Friday
