I have just got back from picking up my new Motorsport pump from Broad.

I've got to say what a 'Top bloke' Graham is. He so helpful and certainly knows his onion's. Can't wait to start buying a few other bits and piece's starting with a new set of wheels from Graham.

Hopefully I will get the pump on next weekend so that it's in place for the run up to Silverstone with Humpy and Bondy.

I will be getting the Compomotive ones offered by Broad. I believe they are the MO model.

Humpy,

I will most certainly be changing the wiring. I have the bits and will do it all in one go. It looks pretty straight forward. I believe that it's the wiring that is really the problem in the first place, and that the standard pump would be ok if the wiring was changed and no mods.

Actually, the standard pump is pretty marginal. Once you get rid of the standard chocolate exhaust and put something a bit freer flowing the standard pump soon runs out of puff, and you will start to run lean.

Running lean = expensive rebuild. I can show you a bill if you like.
