Should be it's fully synthetic, just get correct grade.
Having said that I use Mobil 1 (always have in most of my vehicles)

Was looking at Plans schedule and they use Mobil 1 - would prefer Shell Super Helix myself as its per spec.

I've been using millers since the rebuild - recommended by the race engine guy who did it for me.

....what ever you use....keep it topped up.........

you should top it up with whatever is in there not great to mix oils, even if they are of the same viscosity. Wonder which mobil 1 is used. suppose 15-50

Castrol Magnatec 5W-30A1 is fully synthetic.

Magnatec 10W-40 and 15W-40 are part synthetic.

I still think your all being conned by the marketing men, Mobil 1 keeps your engine clean because it's got lots of detergent in it. On the road i really think they all good enough, the best thing you can do with turbo cars is to change the oil as often as you can and not wait for a service. Saying all of that i've never topped my engine oil up as it's never been in long enough to need doing.

I've always used semi synthetic as when used fully synthetic in other cars Cossie's, Evo's & Skylines they rattle I thought that the only advantage of a fully synthetic oil compared to a good semi synthetic is that it heats up quicker ? maybe i'm wrong but none of my stuff has blown up yet apart from Cossie's (that blow up anyway) and its not like I haven't tried!

My brother-in-law used Mobil1 from new in his Audi...at 110,000 miles you could still see the machining marks in the cam lobes.
