Fun. Very focussed on two/three techniques but well worth the cash The wives LOVED the day.
I think day 2 should bring more for people who have had more training BUT very happy to have done it. Robb's an excellent teacher and his team know what they're doing too.

N2H,

So was the performance of your car significantly enhanced? And was it worth the £4.87 overcharge?

Glad to hear the car is PDQ and running sweet now.

Peterguk's 2.5l has got most of the Roush exhaust on now, we're just waiting for the hot bits to come back from ceramic coating. Maybe we'll get a 2.5l near those levels of performance...

Hi Trevor,

Performance very definately enhanced - but it's not just about the grunt. The power delivery is smoother and the engine much freer reving - performance much more accessible and controllable.

Love the wall of torque.

And oh that noise..must drive through tunnels!

Would the course be suited to a real rear wheel drive nivice like myself? wouldnt want to ruin the day for others, or waste my time either

Very much so - the interesting thing is that Robb's technique is equally applicable to both. All to do with the physics of grip.
You won't ruin the day - we had a range of skill from a regular track day attendee (with the Ultima) to my wife who was dirving a manual for only the second time since she'd passed her test! You occasionally had to back off to give them 1/2 a "lap" of space so that you could speed up again.
It's NOT a track day it's a day to practice techniques.
