Factory will not service her, so I don't think I will be buying another, no matter how good it may be.

If I am left for dead with a 2 year old car now, what should I expect in the future buying new?

Not happy!

Any advice please?

When you say they won't service it, is that a temporary thing or have the factory stopped it altogether? Or is it just your car they don't like?

Hi Dan

They are not servicing anything, they say all the floors are painted and the factory is sparkling clean, so no mucky cars allowed.

I may have accepted this if they had made a statement to all as to why, but not now.

I was a customer, I have owned an M12 and now an M400, and as such, would have thought I was an ideal future New Noble owner.

Alas, the supplier is always right, we customers are just a means to an end.

i was also disappointed when i found out they had stopped servicing. They are only 20 mins up the road from me and it was that closeness that always appealed to me.

Just spoke to Mandy at Noble.

They are refitting at the moment, and cannot do any servicing just at the moment.
Servicing will continue once the refit is complete.

There is no current date for when the refit will be complete, but Lee or Peter will give me a call later with an approx date for when they can take servicing bookings again.

As soon as I know, so will you. You could use Christpher Neil, or HHC ? They are quite close.

Ash - Why the fuss ? The Factory are clearly carrying out a refit. Do they need permission from owners of their cars, to do that ? ! And in the meantime you are in Leeds, and surely HHC (an official Noble Dealer) are quite possibly closer to you than the factory !

I was told they could not service because they were too busy on "another project". Is there still such a thing as a Noble dealer service now? Never been to Christopher Neils (but my car has in its life) but after some comments on the one they are trying to sell (stalling, oil coming from filters etc) i would not be too fast to give them my money.

All I want is a light at the end of the tunnell.

Just being told NO is not really good enough.

What about, we are not servicing at the moment, but we will on the following date.

I received a call from Peter Boutwood this afternoon, although I could not take the call I will be speaking to him tomorrow to get the full picture and a date when customers can expect to be able to book cars in.

Most services oriented companies tend to give time scales to customers when they are unable to function in a way in which they did previously, and I would have expected this of Noble Automotive.

Once I've had a chat with Peter I will make a posting here.

Ash, are you about to have a period? Not like you to rant about something like that matey!! Noble are shut for a much needed refit which will hopefully benifit us all.
