Live map the Noble

Is this possible on the Noble? Did a search and couldnt find alot. Thinking of a few upgrades but would like to know how accomodating the original ecu is first. Thanks

ECU is locked, so have to unlock first...I assume you are talking about mappig on the road with a pair of det cans and a laptop.

along those lines, yes. actually all on rolling road. Totally different i know, but the Fiat coupe i also have has a locked ecu but Perfect touch have managed to live map them on the rollers. takes a day or two but the results are really impressive. No need for piggy back ecu like i have (quite a primative setup). So its only Rousch that have access to the unlocked ECU then. Do they do car specific remaps (if needed of course). I am only looking at exhaust change TBH (and on cost/performance the H and S one (had their stuff before and found the quality good)) to start with, but i am paraniod to hell about fueling issues. I have motorsport pump and wiring upgrade already. Maybe a good idea to speak to Noble Motorsport first.

I have a 3R and the ecu has a few features that are not used.

When on a rolling road with Trevor a few weeks back he was showing me all the things that the ecu can be setup for. Things like limited revs until a certain temp is met and cooling times etc can be mapped.


Trevor may come on here and tell us whats possible.


I know that traction control is possible, if you fit the required sensors and stuff. (but thats only for sh1t drivers and gays)

i am sh1t, sounds ideal Read a post about Noble Motorsport making/developing their own exhaust. Anyone had a butchers at that?
