My (standard) exhaust is emitting what can only be described as a cacophony of annoying vibrations when idle and hot - I think my hammer technique is called for again. Did the left side about 9 months ago, now it's the right hand side.

don't forget to use a red insulated sledge hammer when doing electrical work...

Mine did similar - but then went away after I purchased a replacement exhaust! I think the baffles come loose inside the box.

Yes, the baffles are definitely the problem. I'm too tight to replace unless I have to, although I think at some point it will become unavoidable.

Right, bear in mind that the factory don't seem to stock these and may order in so anticiupate a possible shipping delay.
