Was wondering if anyone knew.Ive done a search but only mentions 3r 3 etc would they be the same part ie motorcraft Platinum AGSF 32FM with a 40 tho gap?

Yes, they'll work, or you could try searching for ST200 plugs from your local Ford dealer. Yes ST200 (that had the 2.5 in the series II Mondeo) not ST220 (with the 3.0l engine).
