Squeeeeeeaaaaaaakkkking belts

Hi All,

The only negative since the Roush work has been a persistent squeak when cold. No bad stuff to Trevor it happened when I started the car at Roush and he offered to change the belt but...you've guessed it i just wanted to drive!

I've put oil on the side of the belt as suggested in many threads but, when cold, the car still sounds like a 1970's escort....

Any thoughts Nobility?

Mine did that when I picked her up, I had the pulley changed as it was off center.

Problem solved.

Only if you have put weight on, you may need help pulling it around your waist. My wife tells me grease is the thing to use

The belt on the car, I would say no, you need it to grip.
