If you park your steamed up front headlights in direct sunlight for a few hours, they go back to normal for quite some time. 
Saved me an £800 bill for removing the entire unit and respraying/resealing it all!
I want my car back! Boy, you miss it when its not here, but you don't when it is, even if you don't drive it for weeks! Bit like my girlfriend!

Hhhmmm, mine was like that. It was in the first year and as soon at Noble saw it they said take it apart (well done them). When it came apart there was about 1cm of water in it. What I'd be tempted to do is drill a couple of small holes, one at the lowest point and one at the top (to let air in), and see if any water comes out. It's very easy to plug small holes afterwards.

Jeeeeesus! Bring it round here and for £50.00 I'll give you a permanent solution that'll take all of half an hour to sort.

Mine was so bad on one side that the paint in the pod had started to bubble up underneth!!
Thats why I said I wanted the replaces and resprayed, but after sitting in the sun at Kerridges for 2 days they looked fine again so I told them not to bother, bill reduced by 7-800!!
Its a hell of a job to remove them fully, you struggle to get the pod holding the lamps out without breaking them and that figure includes 2 x new pods, 2 x new lenses and full painting and fitting.
Not bad I thought.

Didn't realise your pods needed paint as well.
The easiest way to sort the mist is to take the rear pod cover off put a couple of sillica gel packs in then reseal the pod with decent(dow corning)sillicone sealant.
I did mine when I converted the low beams to HID (MUCH better) lamps, they have been mist free since Christmas and show no signs of deterioration.
