OK

First thing is there is a noise limit, it is 102db, so get yer quiet pipes on!
Bring a helmet!
Bring a License!

Ok, I have found a hotel, The Parsonage Country House Hotel 01904 728111, I have spoken to a nice lady who has organised a corporate rate, these are :-

"Our sole occupancy rate is £75.00 per room per night including Bed, Breakfast & VAT Our twin room rate is £95.00 per room per night including Bed, Breakfast & VAT"

"I can confirm that we do have a bar and a restaurant."

I have booked provisionally for the 21st June.

Now, there are 2 twins left, the rest are singles, opportunity to cosy up smile

Please call direct and ask for Rachelle, mention Ashley, and she will know it is us.

I need to know ASAP that you will definately be at The Event as there are lots of people who want to come.

On arrival, your cars will be stickered up with the SICL logo, these will be removed at the end of the day. They will not harm your paint work.

The reason for this is that you will most likely be on the BBC, they are doing a documentary on Yorkshire Air Ambulance, one of our clients.

Ring me if you want to discuss, 07802 245999.

For anyone else, 0898 123456.

Would love to come (and would be ok with sharing a twin with the cuddly teddy-boy) (I'd pack a cork!) but, I have a big property rennovation project starting in 2 weeks and shouldn't really be going to Le Mans, let alone another 2 days away. Sorry frown

Think I missed last year too for similar reason frown

frownfrowncry

Hope you all have fun though. smile

Ash
Will the stickers be ready before lemons. if so we could all sport them for you. I'm sure we could agree some sort of sponsorship deal - group negotiation required wink
